Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a consignment shop, our return policy is a little different than traditional retail. Each item in our store is individually sourced and often one-of-a-kind, which means we’re not able to restock or replace items.

That said, we want you to love what you buy 💛

Online Purchases

• Returns are accepted in store within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Returns are issued as store credit only OR you may re-consign the item in your name and earn the store's applicable consignor payout percentage
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

A quick note
We do our best to carefully inspect and accurately describe every item. Because these are pre-loved pieces, minor signs of wear may be present.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
