Our mission goes beyond curating beautiful, sustainable fashion. We’re also dedicated to championing conscious fashion while giving back to our community through meaningful charitable support.

We're honored to have Neighborhood House as our community partner. With Consignor agreement, items not sold within our 90 day consignment window are donated to Neighborhood House so they can aid a community member in need. From local causes to women and youth-focused initiatives, we’re building partnerships that help strengthen and uplift the people around us. 

Because when we look good, feel good, and do good, we all make a little more impact together.

Neighborhood House envisions a community of neighbors helping neighbors thrive. Their mission is to assist in the path toward self-sustainability with our neighbors during times of hardship.In the communities they serve, 25% of families are living paycheck to paycheck or worse. Neighborhood House is the only full service human services agency in our area and relies on neighbors, both individuals and organizations. They are a commYOUnity of neighbors helping neighbors thrive.Theory & Thread is honored to help Neighborhood House with their mission of neighbors helping neighbors. When you opt to donate your unsold items, you can be confident you're giving a fellow neighbor a hand up during a time of need.

Haven

When consignors choose to donate unsold New With Tags items, Theory & Thread is honored to pass those pieces along to HAVEN.

HAVEN is a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to creating violence free homes and communities. For more than 50 years, they have provided critical support, advocacy, and resources to survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault.

Through your generosity, these beautiful pieces find a new purpose. Each donation helps extend care, dignity, and hope far beyond our store walls making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
